After reading Mayzie's horrifying and all to vivid review of the Holiday Special, I thought I'd blog about my own experiences with that horror. I had known about it for years, had been warned about it for years, but foolishly still wanted to see it. Then, one day, it happened. After procuring a copy via some file sharing program, a group of geeks sat down to watch it for a buddy's bachelor party. Our lives were shortened by at least 10 years. I can still say the words stir, whip, stir, whip, beat, beat stir and cause great pain to a friend of mine. If you haven't seen this yet, please take my warning and the warnings of many others and stay far, far away from this thing. You'll be glad you did.

And George Lucas, if you ever come across this, I'll be happy to help you destroy every copy of the Holiday Special in existence, or else ship them all down to Guantanamo Bay and use them to truly torture the prisoners there.
