Yo ho, yo ho, a Pirate's Life for Ewoks
Ahoy mateys. Since we be celebratin' Talk Like A Pirate Day today, I be regalin' ye fine pirates with the tale of how me little sister's ewoks became pirates.

It all started last summer when me family sailed the concrete seas to see me other little sister walk the plank from pirate school and and start plunderin' fer treasure in the real world.

Me youngest sister often be likin' to give her ewoks all sorts of names, and methought twould be good if her ewoks became pirates, such as Brownbutt, Weird Beird, No Beard n' Stumpy. No Beard be receivin' his name on account of me sister lovin' him like the greatest treasure she ever plundered. With all the affection he be receivin' over the many moons and not knowin' how he be askin' fer parlay, No Beard be losin' his hair. Arrrgghh.

Ter continue with me story. Yarr, twas a fine night when she be arguin' with me that her ewoks not be pirates. Well, twas a year ago when discovered that this pirate not be kiddin' when he tells her that her ewoks like bein' pirates.

Her ewoks gathered together on their pirate vessel, the Hairy Furball, in front of me computer screen and started ter watch Pirates of the Carribean. Followin' their lesson in becoming good little pirate ewoks, they all decided ter head off in search of the wench Kneesa.

Wicket the Pirate

Ewoks of the Carribean

Yarr, here be an excerpt from the e-message in a bottle the pirate ewoks sent to me little sister.

We be a pillagin' n plunderin' on our ship, the Hairy Furball. The Furball tis a fine pirate ship. She sails fast and furry with lots of hair comin' off on our many pirate voyages. We recently plundered some nearby scurvy scalawag land lubbers who tried to take our treasure from us on the Pirate Moon of Endor. We be usin' sticks and stones to fend off the scurvy scum stormtroopers. They be havin' no respect for the pirate code so we not be givin' them parlay. We also be settin' sail to find more rum since Brownblack be drinkin' all the rum from our last pirate voyage. We soon be settin' sail to find the wench Kneesa. Yarrrrrr!!!!

Arrrrr, may the Force be with ye.

LMAO!! Loved your little story. Made my day!!

Here's another quote:
"She might not look like much, but she's got it where it counts."

I guess that means no one should underestimate a pirate's ship!!

And how did poor Wicket lose his eye? Well, he's as good with a spear as he is with a sling...

Great pics!

Thanks all. I think my sister was initially taken aback that I made her ewoks into pirates, but since she had a picture of her ewoks, even if they were piratized, she enjoyed it(and emailed me about it yesterday). Come Halloween, she would be in for another surprise from her ewoks. And I think Stooge hit it right on the head about Wicket losing his eye.
