Hello to All!

Hope all of you that attended CIV, had a
BLAST and a safe journey home.
I'm so gonna miss hearing that phrase
" Please, turn off your FLASHES, CELL PHONES, and LIGHTSABERS
." That was just the coolest thing my ears have had the pleasure of hearing, ah...good times

.
Ok, so the blogs here in Blogsville have been bombarded with CIV Blogs, Re-Caps, Personal Experiences, and so on, from all sorts too! VIP's and Bloggers alike, have been sharing their joys of Star Wars amongst us, it's a beautiful thing...this GFFA of ours

My voyage across the country was no different, I'm sure. Yet, it wouldn't be complete if I didn't share some of my own experiences with all of you here

.
Lets go back to *May 22 nd* two days before Celebration began for us Hyperspace members. For me, all was chaos

See, a lot of *complicated* things have been going on in my life for some time now and those *things* took a turn for the worst. Here I was, trying to prepare myself for the most AWESOME lifetime experience, for a SW Geek that is, and all 9 Corellian Hells were beginning to rain on my parade. So instead of packing and being excited, I was knee deep in Bantha Poodoo !(figuritively speaking, of course). My Dad, being the man he is ( Love YOU, Daddy

) told me to
"Go. Things are going to happen whether you are here or there. Go and have Fun." The Lord broke the mold when he made this man, who I am proud to call my Dad

.
So without anymore contemplation, I got on my plane Thursday morning (6am! OYE!) Met up with
E&Hfan5 in Chicago and exchanged some long overdue
HUGS
Even though we could not sit together on the plane heading for LA, the
FORCE was still strong with us. That only got better when we landed in LAX and met up with our Squeeing Sisters :
HG3, Mina, MO2YP, JEDILILY, AS1, and PS77
Our special Crew was in full Force and it was time to Squee and Spew over check in and lunch.
After all of that Girly time,
we patiently awaited our shuttle bus to take us over to the CON.
As I said, the
FORCE was strong with us, for there was barely a LINE at WILL CALL where Mina and myself had to pick up Lanyards and badges, Phew! Thank Da Maker

In the middle of the front hall was the
DEATH STAR, never did I think I would be gleefully happy to see that!
We charged up the escalators, heading for the main exhibit Hall, only to be greeted by our very own dear friend,
DJ Maul![]:)](http://blogs.starwars.com/share/img/emoticons/devil.gif)
Things were only getting better by the second. So onward we went, immersing ourselves in total Geekness and everything Star Wars. Once we waited in those infamous, Long Lines, we happily picked up our CIV art prints and headed off to the Meet & Greet. Oh, I also had a chance to conversate with VIP's,
Steve Anderson
( Mr. McCool

Abel wasn't kidding),
Justin Chung
(who, by the way was so sweet to give PS77 a couple of safety pins to repair her lovely costume),
Joe Corroney
( who graciously replaced my Vader's Remorse Pic, Thank YOU!

)

and
Matt Busch
, umm...can we say Hottie here?

ok, he has talent too, Thanks for taking the time out to chat with me a bit. I'll never forget the *Beettle* conversation

. Also, meeting
Abel G. Pena at the Bloggers Meet & Greet was Amazing! He is so sweet and full of positivity, thanks for all your kind words, I'll never forget it

.
The whole event was a
BLAST! I wasn't kidding when I would write on everyone's blogs before hand,
CIV OR BUST! Definitely a momentous occasion had by all, completely Timeless, just like our Saga

Meeting all of
YOU( JP77, GWJ, GRANNY-WAN, STOOGE, AMI,
M68, Nobby (and wifey), Evan,Gencrs, Darth T-bone & Wifey, if I'm forgetting anyone, my apologies.)
OK, HUGE APOLOGY HERE FOR JMW!!!! LOVE YOU TOO!
will always be the Highlight of my trip to the GFFA and will forever remain in my heart.

Miss all of you to pieces! Please, keep in touch....
Much Love,
Angel Baby
