Alright.... This little story had me LMAO last night so, I thought I would share it with all of you. Is it related to Star Wars.... well, that depends on your perception.

It is my hope that this blog makes you smile as much as it did me!

Here we go...

Not so long ago, in a galaxy not so far away, Wife of Vader had just picked up her room mate - the shadow lurker, DPM - from work. She had Benny, the 90 pound golden retriever who has been known to speak wookiee, with her for company on the ride.

Not laughing yet? Neither was I but, wait.... don't go... there's more!

Near to DPM's work there is a pond in which several families of space ducks reside. These space ducks frequently cross the road, holding up traffic until their little duckie behinds have made the trip across.

Well, last night, I had to stop for one of the families to cross. Apparently they were taking much too long for Benny's satisfaction as he began barking at them - quite loudly in fact!

At first I didn't realize what he was barking at... then I saw them.

The family of space ducks that had started across the road came rushing back across - faster than I have ever seen them waddle!

Not only did they come back across the street but, the other families of space ducks who were not in the road were speed-waddling away from the sound of the mighty Ben-wookiee's bark!

It was like he was herding the space ducks from the comfort of his ship!

I swear... It was the funniest thing I've had happen in my life for a while. I was laughing so hard that I could barely navigate the Interceptor safely once the ducks were back out of the road!
