.....If anyone is planing to bring their FX Lightsaber(s), or any other form of light-up-saber, to CIV? Maybe we could get together a whole bunch of people and have a giant lightsaber fight . Just a thought.
The trick with getting your FX to LA is that you cant carry it on an airplane and they wont fit in most suitcases...so essentially one would have to MAIL it to their hotel or something before hand if taking a plane.
I was GOING to do that, then (long story) wound up getting a darth maul FX that I will be picking up from a friend (thanks Nobby!) AT the Con, so I will have that to play with and then can ship it home after!
I'm so there! Hopefully there will be some FX's for sale at the con, which I will buy one and then mail it home, cuz I have no way of bringing my other one with me! Either way, I will have my electronic Obi-Wan saber with me! Sabers away! Your move!
