So yesterday I went on this big crusade to find the Star Wars Holiday Special, it being a piece of Star Wars lore I'd never seen. (And yes, I know it sucks - no one has to tell me that! But some things have gotta be seen, ya know. Heh.) So found a 17 MB really crappy quality RealPlayer full version, as well as some slightly higher quality clips from it. I watched a bit of it, but then got bored and stopped.

That in itself says a lot. I went out of my way to find this thing, and I haven't even watched it yet! It's SO bad! I watched the cartoon part (Boba Fett!) and some clips from other parts (Leia singing, lol) and I want to watch the rest... but it's just so painful. Hahaha.

I guess I'll get to it... sometime.

EDIT: Ok, am watching it. One thing to say: KILL ME NOW!!! X_X Chewie's family have got to be the most butt-ugly wookiees EVER. I'm 10 minutes in and it feels like I've been watching for an hour. *back to the death*

EDIT 2:
After seeing the Star Wars Holiday Special in its entirety just now... wow, I have no words.

I didn't think Star Wars could be worse than some of the Star Trek I've seen, but I was wrong. I'd much rather watch 100 cross-dressing Ferengi or blue gel room episodes than this. Ha. There's part of my soul that I'll never get back!

Still, it is interesting to know that it IS possible to make something that is very possibly worse than 'MANOS: The Hands of Fate' (no joke, no exaggeration!).

On a positive note, the cartoon is the best part. I love the monster that takes a bite out of Luke's Y-Wing!

PS: I can't stop laughing at the giant rat!! *giggle* Alright, I take back what I said above, I don't think I've laughed this much in ages!

Darnit, now I have the Life Day song in my head... o_o
