So my action figure collection has doubled in the past couple days, with the acquisition of two new figures - Bacara and a Clone Trooper. 'Bout time I got a clone or two, eh!?

(I previously had General Grievous and Asajj Ventress.) Yeah, I have difficulties getting SW toys because the only place I can get them that's nearby (ie. in walking distance) is Zellers and they only have a few toys (and only seem to get new ones around movie and DVD releases). The nearest Walmart or Toysrus is across the city, and I haven't quite got desperate enough for SW toys to make a special trip.

But anyways, Zellers had Commander Bacara and the regular clone trooper figures yesterday, so I picked 'em up.
And I
love them. Heh, I feel so childish, but I've carried them around the house with me since I got them. Mum made fun of me for "bringing my toys to the dinner table".
Anyways, so Bacara came with two guns - his big rifle and a smaller sidearm. Clone trooper just came with a smaller gun (same as the sidearm). But Bacara couldn't hold both guns at once - his one hand wasn't positioned right - so I gave his sidearm to the other clone. So now the other clone has duelies, and my brother made him hold them "gat-style". It's awesome! He's so like "you don't want none of this"... hehehe.

Oh, and I was calling him "Mr. Dude" because he needs a name and I couldn't think of anything... it was going to be a temp name, but a few people like it so I think I'm gonna call him that indefinitely.

I also made up that Mr. Dude is CT-14/206, because my two favourite numbers are 14 and 206.
Don't mess with Mr. Dude. Or Bacara, for that matter... he kills coneheads.

I love my cloneses.

I don't care if they're the cheapest kind of action figures you can get, I love them.
Though you might wonder, because I was trying to shoot them with my brother's bright orange toy gun yesterday (that fires bright yellow rubbery "bullets"). I've never fired any sort of gun before - not even other toys - and I
suck at aiming. So I was trying to knock my clones over. (And then I was trying to shoot at my brother who was holding my
lightsaber and trying to deflect the shots. Ironically, was much better at aiming at and hitting the lightsaber than I was at knocking over the clones.. or maybe my brother's deflecting skills were just better.

Though you can't even see the "bullet" coming at you.) But even when I did knock them over (by sheer luck!), it was ok because I knew they could take it. They're leet, ok? I wasn't even damaging them!

Hehe.
... Yeah, alright, I don't think I'll try shooting
them anymore. I would shoot Grievous or Asajj, but their lightsabers fall out of their hands too easily and it's annoying to put them back in. Hmm... maybe I'll keep my shooting to RepCom, because at least in the game I can aim. Sort of.
